Manufacturing Capabilities
Plate Pressing
1 × 20,000-ton hydraulic press for large plates. 1 × 6,000-ton press for medium plates. 1 × 3,000-ton press for small plates. Covers plate sizes from 1¼″ to 20″ including standard chevron, free flow, and double-wall designs.
CNC Tool Manufacturing
In-house CNC machining of pressing tools including high-precision geometries for new plate designs. Full in-house CAD/CAM engineering capability. Rapid development of custom plates without dependence on external suppliers.
Frame Manufacturing
Frame assemblies in carbon steel and stainless steel using various grades and thicknesses. Standard painting RAL 5010; custom RAL colours available. Complete surface protection and finishing line.
Gasket Production
Full range of elastomer compounds produced in-house: NBR (-20°C to 145°C), EPDM (-35°C to 150°C), HT EPDM (to 175°C), HNBR, FKM/Viton, Butyl, FEPM (Aflas). Hang-on and glue-free designs.

Plate Materials
All materials with EN 10204 3.1 certificates. Full traceability from mill to finished product.
Quality Control
Total Quality Management System for plates and frame components. ISO 9001-certified processes. Every unit hydrostatically tested before dispatch. Full documentation and certification package with every shipment.
