ARES PHE is a vertically integrated plate heat exchanger manufacturer, and one of the few with the engineering depth to design, develop, and manufacture every component of a plate heat exchanger under one roof.
Headquartered in Adana, Türkiye, with assembly and service operations in the United States, a subsidiary in Shanghai serving the Asia Pacific region, and partners in other key markets, we combine advanced thermal engineering with large-scale manufacturing to deliver solutions for the most demanding industrial applications.
Our product range spans the full spectrum of plate heat exchanger technologies, gasketed, brazed, welded, semi-welded, shell & plate, and welded block, with thousands of configurations engineered for industries including HVAC, marine, oil & gas, chemical, food & dairy, power generation, and data centre infrastructure.
Engineering at the Core
Engineering is at the core of everything we do. Our dedicated R&D team, including academic specialists in computational fluid dynamics and heat transfer, continuously develops new plate geometries, optimises thermal-hydraulic performance, and pushes the boundaries of what plate heat exchangers can achieve.
We operate an in-house Heat Transfer Performance Test Laboratory designed to international LLHE standards. This commitment to R&D is not incremental. It is a sustained, long-term investment in making ARES PHE one of the leading brands in the plate heat exchanger market.
Manufacturing Excellence
On the manufacturing side, we press our own plates on hydraulic lines rated up to 20,000 tons, develop CNC tooling for proprietary plate geometries, fabricate frames in carbon steel and stainless steel, produce gaskets across the full range of elastomer compounds, and hydrostatically test every unit before dispatch.

Foundation
ARES Machinery Ltd. was established in Istanbul as a distributor of industrial equipment with a focus on heat transfer products.
Brand Created
The ARES PHE brand was launched and the company began local assembly and testing, marking the transition from distribution to manufacturing.
Marine Certification
First plate heat exchanger with Bureau Veritas certification delivered to the marine industry.
Market Recognition
Became a leading brand in Türkiye across marine, steel, sugar, and geothermal industries.
Plate Pressing Begins
Production relocated to Adana. Hydraulic presses installed for in-house plate stamping: a pivotal year.
European Expansion
Sales agent network established across Europe.
Capacity Expansion
Additional 6,000-ton hydraulic press installed. Shop floor increased to 3,500 m².
ISO 14001 & OHSAS
