ARES PHE

OEM Supply

ARES PHE has supplied custom-engineered plate heat exchangers to global Original Equipment Manufacturers since 2002. From HVAC chillers to marine engines, from generator sets to industrial heat pumps, we supply PHEs that drop into our OEM customers' packaged equipment, thermally and mechanically co-designed, branded and documented per their specifications.

Engineering Partnership Plus Commercial Reliability

Two value pillars define our OEM offering. Engineering partnership: our application engineers work alongside the OEM's design team from concept through certification, customising plate selection, port configuration, frame envelope, mounting, and connection style to match the packaged product. Commercial reliability: once a unit is qualified for serial production, OEMs receive PHE supply with the documentation, traceability, and JIT delivery that volume manufacturing demands.

Multi-region supply: Türkiye HQ ships globally; ARES PHE USA in Arlington, TX serves North American OEMs with local lead times, USD invoicing, and ASME / NRTL coordination. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, code stamping (PED Module H, ASME Section VIII Division 1), and customer-specific QA flow-downs (PPAP, FAI, control plans) on every batch.

OEM Segments We Serve

From HVAC chillers to marine cooling, from gensets to industrial heat pumps, eight major OEM end-equipment categories make up our long-term partnership business. Each segment has specific integration requirements, certifications, and supply chain expectations.

Marine Equipment OEMs

Marine engine and equipment OEMs build central cooling systems, gearbox oil coolers, fuel pre-heaters, and freshwater generators. Class society approval is mandatory, and class-approved supply (e.g., BV, ABS, RINA, Lloyd’s Register) is part of every OEM relationship.

Generator Set Builders

Genset builders integrate PHEs for engine jacket water cooling, lube oil cooling, and charge-air intercooler duties on stationary and mobile gensets. Compact size matters for chassis-mounted gensets; serial production reliability matters for large genset assemblers.

A-Series sized for compact genset chassis envelopes; documentation supporting end-customer EPA, CE, and emission compliance.

Compressor Package OEMs

Air, refrigeration, and process gas compressor package OEMs integrate PHEs as aftercoolers, oil coolers, and interstage cooling. Compact port-to-port dimensions matter for skid layouts; documentation supports end-customer pressure equipment compliance.

A-Series and AP-Series compact units; ATEX frame components for hydrocarbon-service compressors.

Refrigeration Unit OEMs

Industrial refrigeration OEMs build cold-chain refrigeration units, process refrigeration plants, and food-grade refrigeration systems. Ammonia (NH₃) compatibility, CO₂ trans-critical service, and FDA gaskets for food applications all feature.

A-Series with NH₃-compatible materials; AFP-Series with FDA gaskets for food-grade applications.

Hydraulic System OEMs

Hydraulic system OEMs (mobile equipment, presses, injection moulding, stationary power units) integrate PHEs as oil coolers. Pressure ratings up to 30 bar on the oil side; NBR gaskets for hydraulic oil compatibility.

OEM-specified port positions; custom frame sizes match the hydraulic system envelope.

Industrial Heat Pump OEMs

Industrial heat pump OEMs integrate PHEs as evaporators, condensers, and intermediate heat exchangers. High-temperature heat pumps now reach 90°C+ supply, territory that demands plates and gaskets engineered for the duty.

AP-Series Performance for standard heat pumps; AH-Series where AHRI-certified performance is specified.

Process Skid & Module Builders

Modular skid builders for chemical dosing, oil & gas separation, water treatment, and fuel polishing integrate PHEs for the heat-transfer duties inside their skids. Custom port positions match the skid piping layout.
